Here is a look at the Remz Haffey 2.1 RW custom skates. These skates feature the freshest parts from Remz, Ground Control, 4X4, Vicious, and Jug. We have replaced the stock liner with a Jug Argyle 2 V-cut liner (retail $79), swapped the frames for red Ground Control Featherlite 2 Horn frames, Vicious bearings, and 4X4 wheels – all for a price of just $289.

The V-cut feature is what Remz are very well known for. They are one of the few companies that offer it to all of their skates – although it does require a little bit of elbow grease. Fortunately, these Remz Haffey 2.1′s have a pre-cut cuff that’s ready right out of the box. This feature allows a lot of forward and backward flex, allowing the skater to have more freedom of movement. The v-cut feature is also known to increase hops, as it lets you spring down and up much easier.

Remz offers a 1-piece soul plate on the Haffey 2.1′s. This gives plenty of space for grinding and is made of a very high end, durable, long lasting plastic. They are offered in red, black, and white.

We have simply replaced the stock Ground Control frames with the Ground Control Featherlite 2 Horn frames. These are an all red frame that looks sick and matches the colorways on the boot and laces. It also features all red anti-rockers to add a little more spice.

The 4X4 Haffey pro wheels are an all time classic. These wheels are made of a very strong and durable urethane, which in turn gives them a long lifespan. These also feature Vicious ABEC 5 bearings which are nothing short of amazing – plus they look cool.
